Dogs-- mutts, mixed breeds and, in recent years, Pembroke Welsh Corgis -- have almost always been a part of my life and they became a natural subject for me as I worked toward my professional certificate in photography from UC San Diego Extension and strived to improve my skills for interacting with and photographing people and their dogs.
